CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 0–30 days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation charges on the total booking cost.
GENERAL TERMS
All bookings must be confirmed in writing or email.
All payments must be made as per the mutually agreed schedule.
This agreement is confidential between Seascape & Travel Agent.
Seascape Retreat Management reserves the right to amend rates, policies, and conditions with prior notice.
VALIDITY
This agreement is valid for bookings and stays from 10 June 2025 until 30 April 2026
unless extended or modified in writing by mutual consent.
